JUDGMENT

During mentioning time, Mr.S.T.Raja, learned representing counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the accused has served the entire period of sentence and he was released from the prison.

2. Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) filed a memo stating that the appellant having undergone sentence in full and released from the prison, and also enclosed the communication addressed by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Cuddalore - 4. Wherein, the appellant Silambarasan was sent to prison on 09.09.2014 and was released from the prison on 28.09.2022.
