Assistant) to the vacancy fall now in the Pudur Nadu Higher Secondary School (or) Nallivasal High School (or) any other schools and promote the same with all consequential benefits.

For Petitioner - No Appearance For Respondents - Mr.E.Manoharan, Additional Government Pleader (Forests).

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was promoted to the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil). Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
