Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, erstwhile advocate for the petitioner submits that he had withdrawn his vakalat long back. Registry is directed to verify whether any change of vakalat has been filed, if not, notice has to be issued to the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made by Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, Registry is directed to remove his name from the cause list.
