This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2021 dated 05.01.2021 on the file of the respondent under Sections 294(b) and 324 of IPC within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2021 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Portonova and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.18 of 2022.
