ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.18(b) in Crl.OP.No.21772 of 2025 on 28.01.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the said condition.
3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.18(b) in Crl.OP.No.21772 of 2025 on 28.01.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
