This petition is filed to accept the cause-title.

The applicant was the original writ petitioner. During the pendency of the writ petition, the name of the applicant Company underwent change in the year 2009. However, this fact was not brought to the notice of the Court by the applicant. In fact, it was for the applicant to correct the same.

As the cause should not be frustrated in view of the said defect, the present petition stands allowed and is disposed of.
