O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) As per the affidavit filed by the respondents, the area has been cleared except for two encroachments, one of which is alleged to be as that of the petitioner herself and in respect of the other encroachment, it is stated that Writ Petition No.4339 of 2015 has been filed and an interim order has been granted against cancellation of patta. In view of the aforesaid position, we have called upon the respondents to take action in accordance with law regarding the remaining encroachments subject to any orders passed by the competent Courts.

2.We may note that, as per the submission of learned counsel of the petitioner, the other encroacher has also initiated certain civil proceedings, which aspect may be looked into by the respondents.

3.Contempt Petition stands closed. The contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

4.W.P.No.4339 of 2015 be listed before this Court on 01.09.2015 at 3.00 p.m.
