Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police station everyday at 10.00 am until further order in Crl.OP.No.4004 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIVEK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.4004 of 2022 by an order dated 18.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
