This petition has been filed seeking exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.4,503/- in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ claimant and the learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company/ second respondent.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the Court Fee shall be paid by the petitioner/claimant at the time of withdrawing the compensation.

4.Registry is directed to post the appeal along with the connected appeal.
