Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.VIJAYANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 28.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.2592 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police within seven days from the receipt of a copy of this order and continue to report daily at 10.30 a.m., as and when required for interrogation, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
