Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased "to report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 A.M until further orders" imposed in Para No.7 of the order dated 05.03.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.2744 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.109 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2744 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.109 of 2021 on 05.03.2021.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases submitted that petitioner is complying the condition except during the pandemic period.

Considering the compliance of the condition and also the fact that this Criminal Appeal is of the year 2021, this Court modify the condition that instead of appearing before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in three months, starting from May 2022 on the first working day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
