Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying for a direction to transfer the case from the file of the 3rd respondent police and further direct the CBCID Police, Chennai to take over the file in Cr.No.299 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein and investigate the same. O R D E R

Seeking a direction to transfer the case from the file of the 3rd respondent police to the CBCID Police, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in Crime No.299 of 2014 was completed and a Closure Report dated 20.05.2014 has been submitted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tahsildar, Saidapet.

4. The respondent police is directed to file the necessary Closure Report before the Tahsildar, Saidapet and the Tahsildar, Saidapet in turn directed to forward the Closure Report to the jurisdictional Magistrate. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to give a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner [mother] and the petitioner [mother] shall file a Protest Application before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
