(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Court vide order dated 15.09.2023 disposed of the writ petition by directing the third respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the notice dated 31.08.2023 by way of enforcement as against the unauthorised construction put up by the 5th respondent/the petitioner herein. After the disposal of the writ petition, it appears that official respondents have sealed the premises by issuing notice to the petitioner who is the 5th respondent in the writ petition. Now, the petitioner has come by way of this petition to direct the respondents to remove/de-seal the lock and seal put up by the 4th respondent in the building bearing Door No.8, Napalaya Street, Villupuram district to enable him to take articles and materials which are inside the said building within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent has not objected for permitting the petitioner to take his articles and belonging which S.S. SUNDAR , J.

dpq are inside the unauthorised building. Therefore, this petition is allowed to the limited extent, enabling the petitioner to take his articles, materials and belongings which are inside the building. The 4th respondent shall de-seal the premises within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after informing the petitioner in writing, in order to enable him to take his articles, materials and belongings within a period of one week, thereafter.
