The present petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2018 by the second respondent, wherein he sought for an enquiry under Section 145 Cr.P.C.
2. Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2018 on merits and passed appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
