This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of

investigation/enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in two cases that too for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of IPC. That apart, the petitioner had executed a bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C before the Executive Magistrate. Therefore, the question of not to harass does not arise.
