Seeking leave to sue respondents 2 to 7/defendants 2 to 7, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for permanent injunction and for declaration with respect to the copyright of the applicant being the plaintiff. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the drawing information has been handed over by the applicant to the first defendant within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the entire cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 21.10.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to number the suit and list the applications on 24.10.2016.
