PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings bearing No. P27/3/12724668/ADK dated 09.09.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in his last representation dated 03.09.2020 and to sanction and disburse all the retirement benefits with accrued interest thereon.
