O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her representation dated 27.02.2021 seeking allotment of agricultural land under special category.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband C.Ramamoorthy served in MES- Bangalore Regiment who joined the service on 17.01.1967 and died on 06.06.1979 while performing his duty. Therefore, she submitted a representation dated 27.02.2021 before the first respondent seeking allotment of 5 acres of the land on the ground she is widow of the military person died in action and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner 2/5

will be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2021 and pass final orders, on it's own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
