ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2022 with regard to the removal of unauthorized https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

construction of Kalyana Mandabam in Survey No.1398/18 Kundrathur 'B' Village, adjacent to the petitioner's property at S.No.1398/17, Kundrathur 'B' Village at Kundrathur Municipality and Taluk, Pallavaram, Kancheepuram District. 2.

When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent placing on record a copy of the notice dated 07.04.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent stated that a Show Cause notice has already been issued based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2022 directing the 4th respondent to remove the unauthorized construction and apply for fresh approved plan within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of that notice. Therefore, since action has already been taken on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2022, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

Recording the same, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
