ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
