2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pending revision, the petitioner/husband died and he has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and based on the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
