Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18217 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25177 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
