This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 368 days in representing above captioned C.M.A.

2.By order dated 26.06.2023, this Court imposed costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the imposed costs have been paid and requested for allowing the above petition. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost. ` 5. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
