Mrs.Sreevidya takes notice on behalf of the Insurance Company and submits that the delay may be condoned subject to the condition that the claimant will not be entitled for interest for the delayed period.

2. The delay is condoned. The appellant is not entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., 1583 days.
