This revision has been filed against the Order of the learned trial Court dated 04.02.2016 made in E.A.S.R.No.4898 of 2015 by the learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the amount due to the revision petitioner has been fully paid and he has received the same.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the present revision.
