This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Maraimalainagar Police Station not to harass the petitioner with out due process of law to secure the ends of Justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the practitioner in Siddha Medicine, there are complaint with allegation that the petitioner is practising as Siddha Doctor. Therefore, the Medical Officer had routine check up. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner also seek representation to the respondent.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to take an enquiry with the counter part and pass order within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
