ASHA, J, This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security for a sum of Rs.14,43,036.20 failing which to attach the immovable property of the respondent morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons, pending initiation and disposal of arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondent and till enforcement of the Award passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the District Court, Surat, Gujarat, and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission.

2.This Court by an Order dated 07.12.2020 directed the respondent to furnish security on or before 07.01.2021 and on failing to furnish security, there shall be Order of attachment.

3.Notice sent by the applicant has been served on the respondent. Despite the Order of this Court directing the respondent to furnish security, the respondent has not furnished any security and none appeared for the respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

A.No.1372 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, mps In view of the same, there shall be an Order of attachment of the immovable property described in the schedule pending the arbitral proceedings and this Application is closed. The Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the concerned Registrar.
