ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020.

2. Heard Mr.V.T.Narendiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is a Doctor working as an Assistant Surgeon at Primary Health Centre, Perumbakkam, Chengalpet. The petitioner claims that the place where she was posted is a different area in plain and hence, she is entitled to get 9% marks per year as incentive in PG examination. She has also given a representation in this regard as per Justice A.Selvam Committee which recommended to give marks to casualty medical officers. The petitioner submitted that her representation has not been considered so far and hence, she has filed this Writ Petition seeking the above direction.

4. If the petitioner is entitled to get incentive marks in PG examination, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.
