ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.449 of 2017 pending before the second respondent to fourth respondent or any other police station in other district with time bound to file a Charge Sheet.

2.The petitioner's complaint has been closed on 03.11.2017 and notice issued to her. Challenging the said closure notice, the petitioner had filed the protest petition on 27.11.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, which is

said to be pending.

3. In view of pending protest petition, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the present Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam shall endeavour to dispose of the protest petition as expeditiously as possible.
