O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Mettur, and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The above said H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2019 was filed by the respondent/husband, seeking for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent is working as a daily wager in Vellore. Although he has no objection for transferring the above said petition to the file of the Family Court, Salem, in the interest of the convenience of both parties, the same may be transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Omalur.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection in transferring the matter to the file of the SubCourt, Omalur.

counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Mettur, and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Omalur. On such transfer, the learned Subordinate Judge, Omalur, is directed to dispose of the matter in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.7118 of 2019 is closed.
