Inspite of several oral and representation reminders, there was no response from the authorities. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 15.12.2021 to the respondent to fix the petitioner's basic pay from Rs.10,860/- to Rs.12,570/- by considering the representation of the petitioner on merits and to pay arrears. But the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court.
