This application has been filed seeking to amend the plaint by substituting the plaintiff's Trade Mark Registration No.288380 which has been wrongly typed in the Prayer Paragraph (A) and (B) of the Plaint as No.2883870.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present application, this application is allowed.
