ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.596 of 2023, on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavam and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.5 of 2024. 3.In view of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings pending before the Court below, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
