A.No.1574 of 2021 in C.S. DR No.32025 of 2020 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J., This application is filed to grant leave to sue the respondent before this Court.

2.The plaintiff registered office is within the jurisdiction of this Court and the plaintiff is carrying on business at No.39, NSC Bose Road, Sowcarpet, Chennai. Alleging infringement of trademark against the defendants, suit filed under the Commercial Courts Act.

3.Though the defendants having office outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the first defendant had furnished the address of the plaintiff as that of the business address of the defendants and passing off the goods of the plaintiff through online sale. Since part cause of action has arisen at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this court, leave to sue is granted.
