Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify condition (a) petitioner that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.187 of 2017 without prejudice to her defence inthe case and only on such deposit the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.OM SAI RAM LAW FIRM LLF Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify one of the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail on 12.9.2017.

2. This Court, in Crl. O.P. No.18338 of 2017 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 12.9.17 imposing several conditions of which condition No.5 (a) is as under :- "(a) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.187 of 2017 without prejudice to her defence in the case and only on such deposit the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties. On such deposit, the learned Magistrate shall disburse the same to the defacto complainant as ad-interim compensation."

3. Whileso, the petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the abovesaid condition on the ground that the petitioner is not able to mobilise Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five

Thousand only), as ordered by this Court.

4. Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the sum of Rs.25,000/= is reduced to Rs.15,000/= (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only). Rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 12.9.17 passed in Crl. O.P. No.18338 of 2017 shall remain the same. Time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of the amended copy of this order to comply with the order dated 12.9.17 passed in Crl. O.P. No. 18338 of 2017.
