The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondent to register a case, investigate the matter and file a final report in accordance with law based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It appears that on the complaint given by this petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR Nos.613 of 2015 and 714 of 2015 and the same were closed on the ground that the petitioner himself had given a letter to the police that he will vacate from the premises within one month. If there is any fresh disturbances to the petitioner from the opposite party, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police and the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken by them in accordance with law.
