ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 1472 of 2025 dated 23.05.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Attur, everyday, until further orders

2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 1472 of 2025 dated 23.05.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
