ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to take necessary action and to conduct trial by producing witnesses mentioned in the charge sheet by fixing early date to complete the trial expeditiously in CC.No.585 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that out of 12 witnesses, 5 witnesses have been examined and the case has been posted to 16.08.2015 before the trial Court. Since the case is of the year 2012, the learned trial Judge is directed to expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner/accused is directed to cooperate with the trial by cross examining the witnesses without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
