This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail in R.R No. 19 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were found to be in illegal possession of 1920 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, the contraband seized from the petitioner is weighed about 1920 kgs which is commercial quantity.
