Contempt Petition No.752 of 2021 2.It is represented by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel that vide order dated 10.09.2019 made in W.P.No.16378 of 2019, this Court issued direction to approve the recommendation made by the second respondent therein in Proceedings dated 22.01.2019 and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2019. Accordingly, the petitioner's representation was considered and disposed of. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
