ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1449 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31989 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days on every first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1449 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31989 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
