Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Punishment order in No.123/AP/2014 dated 22.09.2014 with Retrospective Effect from 16.07.2014 along with the ERRATUM dated 05.10.2015 in the name of the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to pay fine to this Court for illegal and international proceedings which is NONEST in law.
