This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 03.12.2018 in I.A. No. 695 of 2017 in O.S. No. 246 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court at Sirkali.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submits that before filing of the suit itself, on 11.11.2012, the second respondent died. It is stated in the written statement filed by the first respondent in the suit proceedings but no steps are taken to bring the Legal heirs of the second respondent on record by the petitioner. Now, on 29.09.2020, the first respondent also died. The said fact is informed to the learned counsel for the petitioner. But till date, no steps have been taken place.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not get the particulars of the Legal heirs of the first respondent to take steps.
4. Having heard the contentions of the respective counsel, admittedly, the second respondent died on 11.11.2012 much prior to the filing of the suit in O.S.No. 246 of 2012, in our considered opinion, the proceedings in O.S. No. 246 of 2012 shall stand abated.

5. In view of the above fact, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
