R.C.NO.60(A) 2008 - CBI-ACB/CHENNAI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P No.8134 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.377 of 2017 that the petitioner shall appear before the said court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. by its order dated 30.06.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRASANNA D., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8134 of 2017 dated 30.06.2017, directing the petitioner to report before the trial Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8134 of 2017 dated 30.06.2017, condition is modified to appear before the trial Court once in two months, i.e., on alternative months, starting from first working day of May 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
