ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 07.02.2025 executed by the petitioner in favour of her son and register the same. 2.Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the online application has already been made and the token has been generated on 07.02.2025. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to submit the document physically before the 2 nd respondent. The 2 nd respondent has to either register the document, if it is otherwise in order or in the event of refusing to register the document, shall
