The petitioner, Mrs.Meenakshi, being the wife of Mr.Sathish Kumar, the respondent herein, carrying three-year old female child, residing at Salem, has come to this Court seeking transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2018 filed by the respondenthusband under Section 13(1)(1a)(1b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce from the file of the Sub Court, Mettur to the Family Court at Salem.

2. Although this Court had issued notice on 26.3.2019 and the record shows that the notice sent by the Registry was served upon the respondent on 9.4.2019, till date, the respondent has not appeared in person or through a counsel. That shows that the respondent has no objection or grievance for allowing the prayer for transfer of the pending H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Mettur to the Family Court at Salem. petitioner being the wife is having a three-year old female child and it would be difficult to undertake a long travel. Therefore, the Tr.C.M.P.No.250 of 2019 is allowed as prayed for.
