These applications have been filed to declare the petitioners/ plaintiffs 1 and 2 as majors; discharge Mrs.Haseen Zarin Taj, namely the third plaintiff as the natural guardian of plaintiffs 1 & 2 in the above captioned suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the plaint.
