This application has been filed to condone the delay of 300 days in filing the written statement in the above suit and accept the same on the file of the above suit together with the adoption memo of other defendants.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Chennai, A/c No:484077244, Indian Bank, High Court, IFSC Code: IDIB000M157.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the said cost of Rs.2000/- has been paid to the said Association today itself and the receipt is also produced before this court.
