This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb at her work place being, namely, Mohan Kumaramangalam Government, General Hospital, Salem-636 001, Salem

District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
