Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the initiation of selection process for NOn-Hereditary Trustees to Ramalinga Sowdeswari Amman temple by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.474/A3 dated 3.2.2020 and quash the same and also all further proceedings thereof and further direct the 1st respondent to initiate the selection process for Non-Hereditary Trustees to Ramalinga Sowdeswari Amman Temple in terms of the Scheme settled on 10.7.2012 by adhering to Sec.47 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act 1959.
